Training
We are passionate about producing great coffee, and we are equally passionate about sharing our knowledge with you, so that you may always produce great coffee!
As a Chiasso customer, extensive, complimentary training is given to you and your staff members on a regular basis, so that your clientele may always experience the perfect cup. We will teach you how to set and adjust your grinder so that you always achieve the correct grind, how to ensure you always achieve perfect extraction, Stretching and texturing the milk so that it is silky and at the correct temperature, coffee machine care and maintenance etc.

Ongoing training is available from Monday to Friday by appointment and can be held at your venue or at our factory in Capalaba.
We also offer barista training in our factory. Training takes between 1 – 2 hours for $75. Class size, up to 3 people. Barista certificate on completion.

Deliveries
We deliver daily to ensure you’re serving the freshest coffee available.
Orders placed by 12pm daily (Mon-Fri) are guaranteed delivery next working day in the Brisbane metropolitan area.
Please allow 2 days for interstate and country areas. No delivery service is available on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

Resale Coffee Bags
We can offer 250g, 500g and 1 kg bags for you to sell in your shop.
Our suggested retail prices are the same as our online shop and are another way to boost sales.
